- They are just charging extra because of the large liabilities they
- incur in certain parts of NYC. (partially because of an insane
- NYC law on vicarious liability - i.e. Hertz is responsible for
- just about all court awarded damages)

- why is it $69.99 in FL, $89.99 in CA and $220 in NY ?
