- I'm sick and tired of the U.S. legal system and its ways to make
- money for the lawyers at the expense of everyone else losing.
- I've heard the international maritime legal system works
- wonderfully in that damages are incurred by parties up front
- with set damages so that the dragged out court proceedings don't
- happen as Americans are so used to. Can anyone refer me to an
- overview of the international maritime legal system that works so
- well with its set damages and ways of doing things such that
- the results aren't a crap shoot of who has the best lawyer, etc.
-
- Thank you
