- You can't take THEM to small claims court - YOU owe the money.
- Now that it's in the hands of a collection agency, you'll have
- to do something about it.

- It sounds like you have a good case for malpractice. I'd be
- surprised if a decent lawyer couldn't get the hospital to drop
- the $ 300 charge AND pay his fee.
