  28. You can't take THEM to small claims court - YOU owe the money.
  29. Now that it's in the hands of a collection agency, you'll have
  30. to do something about it.

  32. It sounds like you have a good case for malpractice.  I'd be
  33. surprised if a decent lawyer couldn't get the hospital to drop
  34. the $ 300 charge AND pay his fee.
