- As you mentioned, you signed nothing so there was no commitment on your part.
- How can he charge a restocking fee on something that was never taken out of
- stock? What he is threatening to do is charge you for deciding to take
- your business elsewhere. If he reports you to the credit bureau, he is
- acting fraudulently because he knows you have done nothing wrong; you can
- have him prosecuted for this. Let him know and he will back off.
