  25. Also technical@igc.org (try "labornet" first) would be able to put
  26. things of up for ftp from "igc.org"; but IGC's so far only put a
  27. limited selection of things for anon-ftp (e.g. listing of PeaceNet and
  28. EcoNet conferences), and do not in general put things up for
  29. ftp per non-IGC-members' requests...
