  21. At the risk of repeating something readers of this conference 
  22. already know:  The Clinton campaign uses the <alt.politics.clinton> 
  23. newsgroup on Usenet (also available as an ordinary conference here 
  24. on PeaceNet) to post major addresses and statements by the  
  25. candidate.  The conference is also used for a spirited discussion 
  26. about the presidential campaign.

  28. There is also an <alt.politics.bush> newsgroup, but not (as far as 
  29. I can see) used by the Bush/Quayle campaign.  Too bad: I would have 
  30. liked to have seen Mary Matalin's panicky press release on 
  31. "sniveling hypocritical Democrats."

  34. least not until I get my own private account).
