  13. If you suspect that errors indicate a GCC bug, then you should
  14. (1) track down the cause of the errors far enough
  15. to determine *for certain* whether it is a GCC bug,
  16. and (2) if it is, send a bug report to bug-gcc@prep.ai.mit.edu
  17. as described in the Bugs chapter in the GCC manual.

  19. If you want the problem to get fixed, this is the effective
  20. way to go about it.  There are other things you can do, but
  21. either they are lots more work for you or they are ineffective.
