  13. I am trying to make a first time installation of gcc onto an older Sun 4/260
  14. running sunos 4.0.2.  I want gcc for a full ANSI compiler as the Sun only has
  15. an old K&R.  I ran into a couple of problems on the install I hope someone can
  16. help me with.

  18.  1) Is there an official FTP site for the GNU languages?
  19.  2) Are there also a full set of include files?  For example 'stdlib.h'
  20.  3) What about libraries?  There are some functions not in our native libs.

  22. I guess what I am looking for is an 'install' for a station that does not
  23. already have a compiler.  Am I out of luck?
