- I am trying to make a first time installation of gcc onto an older Sun 4/260
- running sunos 4.0.2. I want gcc for a full ANSI compiler as the Sun only has
- an old K&R. I ran into a couple of problems on the install I hope someone can
- help me with.
-
- 1) Is there an official FTP site for the GNU languages?
- 2) Are there also a full set of include files? For example 'stdlib.h'
- 3) What about libraries? There are some functions not in our native libs.
-
- I guess what I am looking for is an 'install' for a station that does not
- already have a compiler. Am I out of luck?
-
- Any help or pointers would be much appreciated! Thanks
