- I just installed HP's Unofficial (Gigantic) Emacs, which is version
- 18.58, on an HP 9000/730 running HP-UX 8.07.
-
- Several packages don't work properly. In particular, ispell hangs
- within emacs, though it works fine outside. I have traced the hang to
- a send-string command in ispell.el, and send-string even seems to hang
- when I ask about it, via Ctrl-H F.
-
- Can anyone tell me what the problem is?? Failing that, where is
- send-string defined, where should I look for a corruption?
-
- Thanks,
