  12. Has anyone successfully compiled and used c++-mode.el in Demacs?  The
  13. Lisp reader flags an error sometime when a `.' occurs in a description!

  15. Also, when byte-compiling a file, what part does bytecomp.el(c) do and
  16. what is done internally?
