  24. Route 7 is $.50 and Westpark remains $.25 then I'll take Westpark.

  41. I agree on the use of HOV lanes but not on Toll Roads - you
  42. pay the same amount of money so why should you get less service.
  43. AN it is bull to say it is publicly fianced when the toll road
  44. generates a surplus every year.  Same with motorcycles since
  45. they take about the same amount of space on the road.

  47. And since the toll plaza operators are people who choose
  48. a job willingly if they don't like people complaining they can
  49. take a different job; if all toll plaza operators started
  50. complaining about commuters complaining made it would make an
  51. impression on the goverment officials.

  53. P.S. there would not be a toll road if earlier public officals
  54. hadn't screwed up when the original Dulles access road was built
  55. and agreed to pay for the extra lanes.
