  13. Bulletin Board System Seeks Hardware Sponsor(s):

  15. The NetWork BBS, an up-and-coming BBS system, seeks a PC hardware vendor
  16. to sponsor the system by offering hardware on an "on-loan" basis in exchange
  17. for exclusive advertising and order-taking on-line.

  19. In exchange for hardware to help support the BBS' operations, your business
  20. will be listed as an OFFICIAL SPONSOR.  What this means is that your product
  21. line will be advertised in a prominent place on the system, and customers will
  22. be able to place orders on-line!  If desired, a message conference dedicated
  23. specifically to customer support will be created for your EXCLUSIVE use.

  25. All hardware offered to support the system is stritcly ON-LOAN.  The 
  26. hardware will be used explicitly with the BBS, and will be returned promptly
  27. upon request.  In short, as long as the hardware is used your advertisments,
  28. product list, ordering system, and message conference will remain active.  If
  29. at any time you wish to discontinue the agreement your product(s) will be returned
  30. immediately.  If the product(s) becomes damaged in any way during the loan period,
  31. they will be purchased at list price.

  35. Basically, I run a completely FREE BBS system.  I'd like to offer my users the
  36. best on-line services available at no cost to them.  To do this without going
  37. broke is nearly impossible.  I am hoping that by offering a means to attract new
  38. customers in exchange for hardware to use in support of the system I can continue
  39. to provide top quality on-line service.

  41. The NetWork BBS is a relatively small system, but nearly every new user that stops
  42. by ends up a regular caller.  The board has been up for about four months now, and
  43. in that time has received nearly 1,700 calls.  I believe this to be an easy way to
  44. provide your customers an interesting way to do business, and contact you for after
  45. the sale support -- ON-LINE!
