- A friend at work brought in a flyer that he got when his tags were up for
- renewal. They and the ones with the cardinal and dogwood cost an extra $10,
- and part of the proceeds are supposed to go to some Virginia Wildlife
- Preservation fund. The flyer did not say what portion of the proceeds
- were to go to the fund, though. ($0.50? $9.95?) The Blue Ridge plates have
- 3 letters and 4 digits, and the Cardinal ones have 2 letters and 4 digits.
- I think that the Blue Ridge plates should be standard issue, I like them so
- much.
