  10. Wait cursor, accelerator key and MWM menu

  12. PROBLEM 1 - Wait Cursor:
  13. I have written a script file to start up a series of applications when 
  14. executed. The time taken to execute this script is lengthy (2 minutes). 
  15. I need someway of indicating to the user that they need to wait. I thought
  16. of turning the cursor to a hour glass. Does any know how to do this within 
  17. a script file without having to write a program for it??

  19. PROBLEM 2 - accelerator key
  20. I need to have two accelerator keys to a single menu option. ie: F10 and 
  21. shift F10. Why do I need it, you may ask?? - I have defined an accelerator
  22. for each of my menu option, however, whenever the CAPS LOCK is ON, the
  23. accelerator key does NOT work because the system inteprets the Key Pressed 
  24. as Shift Key_Pressed. This is annoying for the user having to remember to
  25. turn ON/OFF the CAPS LOCK key. 
  26. I do NOT want to bind the two accelerator keys because our computer is 
  27. used to run other applications as well!

  29. PROBLEM 3 - MWM menu
  30. I want to disable the MWM menu for my application only. Does any one know
  31. how I could achieve this without having to disable the MWM menu for all
  32. applications?
