  40. From the "EDIT" menu select "Properties" option, this will pop up a new window
  41. where you can change the properties on MailTool. Select "Templates", give it a
  42. name, I use Signature, and specify .sign or .signature file to be used.

  44. Now when you are composing a message, from "Include" menu select the "template"
  45. option and select a template you want. You can define different templates and 
  46. include different one depending on where you are sending the mail.
