  16. Does anyone use or know anything about these utilities?  They are included
  17. in the 2.3.4 distribution, and have the authors email addr on the man page,
  18. but it's wrong/outdated.  I didn't see any difference between the normal
  19. tar/cpio.    Just curious ...
