- While running SCO Xenix 2.3.2 and 2.3.4 I've seen these strange
- anomalous messages come up from time to time. I was wondering if anyone
- can figure out their origins (probably described in TFM, but they are
- at work and I'm at home - or is that the other way around?)
-
- kernel: WARNING: no file
-
- or even better...
-
- kernel: panic: no fs
-
- I fixed the first one by regenerating a new kernel with slightly
- larger numbers in some of the parameters. I don't know exactly what I
- did, but I haven't seen the message for about a week. The second one
- was fixed simply by rebooting. They don't show up in /usr/adm/messages
- and I have no idea of their cause, but they worry me. Should they?
