- Well, if you are not running LAT or DECnet, you can install the
- tcp_log utilities (cert is an ftp site for them). That way you can at
- least tell if you are being hit from the network (match entries in
- lastlog against the connection requests and look for unsucessful
- connection), and if you are, then you can tell from which machines the
- connections are coming.

- If you are running LAT or DECnet, then I think you are SOL. I haven't
- found any way of making those things cough up info about every connect
- 8-(. This is a large portion of the reason I want to get rid of them
- from the machines I administer 8-).
