  15. Yes, sort of.  We can't ftp anything _out_ of any of our ultrix 4.2/RISC
  16. machines out to the internet while we can do it from, say, NeXTs on the same
  17. LAN.  Connection breaks out after anywhere between 20-100Kb.  Our Ethernet
  18. is interfaced to a specialized 9600 baud line via a cisco box.
