  18. Why is it a "problem" that people have to offset the expenses invovled with
  19. transmitting news to other sites?  I can see why you'd complain about
  20. exhorbitant rates, but a nominal fee to help offset expenses isn't a bad
  21. thing.  In any case, this isn't the right place to discuss this, let's take
  22. it to email if anyone wants to carry it further.
