  24. We have one site who runs an older release of Dell (SVR4 2.1 I believe)
  25. (SVR4 2.0) with a Telebit Trailblazer Plus locked at 19200 with bidirectional
  26. communications using an 16450.  His modem can keep up with the best of them.

  28. So it might be slightly OS dependent as well as hardware limited.  It's
  29. pretty bad if an OS can't support at least one regular serial line at 
  30. 19200.
