  18.  We are experiencing some problems running Clipper based application 
  19.  across a network of 30 PC's running FTP's PC/TCP Plus and Server
  20.  running SCO ODT v1.1. The scenario of the network is, Server has the
  21.  database (Clipper) application's  executables and other stuff and PC's mount
  22.  this FS as one of the drives and run the application.

  24.  The problem we are experiencing are:
  25.    1. losing some of the entered records (some is an understatement!)
  26.    2. leaving some blank records at the top or in the middle of a dbf
  27.    file
  28.    3. sometimes the screens freeze (thus forcing me to use three finger
  29.    salute!) etc.

  31.  So, I was wondering did anyone out there experienced similar problems with
  32.  the particular setup as above. And also any pointers or suggestions, as
  33.  what should i do etc. Please e-mail responses, I would summarize them
  34.  later if there is enough response.
