- It's only really free if your time is worth nothing. In which case, it makes
- a lot more sense to spend several hours (more or less, depending on your
- level of expertise, which, if higher than some minimal level, means your
- time must certainly be worth something to somebody) compiling and installing
- "free" software, than to pay someone else money that you have limited capacity
- to generate to do it. I guess the expenses involved in the case of someone
- whose time IS worth something would be the money lost due to time spent on
- "free" software.
