- I'm told locally (at work) that we only use a real scsi II
- drives/controllers/software combination in our Altos line. That especially
- the 4500 has it's act together on the I/O side of the fence. Seems like
- special cableing and drivers that aren't available in stock SCO stuff yet.
-
- But I don't know enough about this and thought maybe the wisdom of the net
- would be able to help. Perhaps not.
-
- I know we can buy fast Fujitsu and Wren drives but I doubt that their power
- and speed is being fully used as yet with stock software.
