  24.   The ruling is that when a new version of something comes along, used
  25. by thousands of people and contributed freely by the author, you hit
  26. the N key and politely say "thanks for the new version." You don't post
  27. flames because, like the loaves and fishes, they are going to come back
  28. manyfold.
