- A 486/50 with a localbus video card and disk controller might get pretty
- close to the IPX. An EISA 486/33 or 486/50 with an Adaptec 1742 should
- have comparable disk io to a Sun. But that is the end of the line for
- the 486, Intel must release the P5 before the PC takes another quantum
- leap.
