  12. I can't seem to find anywhere in the documentation how to
  13. read and write arbitrary SCSI commands with the Adaptec 1740
  14. while running Interactive Unix 3.0 fix disk 3.

  16. I want to somehow get at the SCSI tape drive and control it
  17. for backup purposes... or at least to determine what in the
  18. world is my problem.  Of course, now that I'm doing tests 
  19. during the day, it's working fine! :(
