- Dear Reader!
- Two months ago i got a Sigma LaserView Plus Card and 19" Monitor for my
- AT486. The Monitor has 1664x1200 dots and up to 4 grayshades (with two
- bitplanes - it is mostly used with 1 bitplane pure monochrome).
- Because it was a 2nd hand deal, and the german distributor changed
- from REIN electronic to ?, i am out of support for this fine display.
- I'm running Linux (a UN*X derivate) on my AT and have the capability
- to compile a new X386 server. My problem is getting information
- how to hack the X11-sources or if anyone had done this before.

-
- Is there any chance to get any sources or support via ftp or email?
- If you have so: Please send me email-adresses or names of ftp servers
- where i might get something about monochrome X Displays e.g. email
- adress of ISC (== INTERACTIVE ??) or Sigma Designs Inc., ...
-
- It would be great, if i could run my X on this monitor, snief!
-
- thanks, Olli (hartkopp@ibr.cs.tu-bs.de or DK4AM@DK0MAV.DEU.EU 73!)
