  15. I received some files on a UNIX system SUN IPC OS 4.1.2 that have the following
  16. words as a header:

  21. What program do I use to convert these file? Where can I get the program and
  22. how do I get it without having it in that xbtoa format? I have FTP via E-Mail
  23. through garbo (garbo.uwasa.fi) and dec (ftpmail@decwrl.dec.com)
