  14. It has been correctly pointed out to me that my previous questions were
  15. somewhat vague.  I apologize for that.  I'm sort of stuck in the awkward
  16. position of being pressured into finding the answer when I don't know
  17. the question and having at least 2 (and perhaps more) people in the
  18. chain of communication between me and the people who know the missing
  19. information.

  21. For now all I can add is that the NCR Towers are running on a Motorola
  22. chip (for all I know, they all do) and that its running "Unix 5.3"
  23. (which I assume would be Sys V r3)
