  30. Perhaps someone could post something about some of the programs Evi Nemeth's
  31. group at colorado state has done, acmaint (purdue?), moira (mit-athena), and
  32. some other better designed and supported programs. Maybe the usenix sage
  33. group would have a list of such packages.
