  19. (thanks to all of you -- you know who you are).

  21. However, a call to Prentice Hall uncovers an interesting point:  the
  22. book is out-of-print; the SVR4 version will not be available until
  23. September (any bets on _when_ in September? :-) and since the old one
  24. is out-of-print it is not available from the 3 or 4 distributors I've
  25. called.

  27. To top it all off, the new version is Suggested List of $40.00 -- the
  28. old one was $44.00!

  34. Yep, that's the number.  Although the commercial order number will
  35. give you ISBN and availability information, and it's toll-free!
