  16.  Here's a straight forward query ;-)

  18.  Using Interactive SVR4 on a 386. I would like my software to
  19.  respond to a CTS toggle on an asynchronous RS232 port. i.e. 
  20.  when the remote device raises and lowers CTS I send a message.
