  13. Could someone please tell me how Unix monitor for "chat" requests from talk
  14. or phone?  Is there a pagedaemon?  How would I monitor the pagedaemon or poll
  15. the system to find out if a chat request has been sent?  A brief explanation 
  16. or pointing me in the direction of some reference material would be most
  17. helpful.  Thanks in advance.
