  11. What is the best/easiest/cheapest way to be able to ftp files, for someone
  12. that is not connected to the Internet?

  14. I frequently see files mentioned that I would like to get, but I cannot
  15. ftp to the sites.  And I feel hesitant to use the e-mail servers (those
  16. few that I have information on), because that could cause someone to send
  17. a (potentially) large file(s) through their modem, possibly with long
  18. distance charges.
