  32. Actually, the versions of kermit I have do support 9K packet sizes.  We have
  33. C-Kermit 5A(170), if that helps, which runs on our Sun SPARCs.  The latest
  34. version of Kermit for the Mac, I think, supports the larger packet sizes 
  35. also.

  37. I've tested this and the larger packet sizes do save quite a bit of time.
