- I can use some help. I am unable to successfully transfer files
- from my mac SE to a sunOs machine using the 'sx'/'rx' or 'sb'/'rb'
- commands on the Sun. Sometimes I encounter transmission errors
- (according to my program - RedRyder) after 2048 bytes, sometimes
- after 12 1K blocks. I can't make any sense out of it. the message
- shown with the rx/sx commands is:
-
- 3.11 02/26/91
- for v7/BSD by Chuck Forsberg
- Omen Technology ...
-
- I have no trouble transferring files using Kermit -- I thought that
- the xmodem 1K blocks would be faster.
-
- Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have been told that few,
- if any, people have been able to upload via xmodem.
-
- Thanks,
-
