- Hello. I've just finished a port of BSD's line printer daemon suite to another
- (inferior) Unix, and I was wondering if someone could help me figure out if my
- port of LPC,specifically the "topq" command works as it should..
-
- if LPQ displays a list of three jobs, 15, 16, and 17, and from within LPC I
- type 'topq laser 16 root' a subsequent LPQ reveals that topq reordered the
- jobs sequenced as 15 17 16.
-
- Is this the correct behavior for topq? the source code would seem to indicate
- this to be the case, but I just want to check to be sure.
-
- Please e-mail your responses to: feoh@gnu.ai.mit.edu
-
- Thanks in advance.
