  21. Back on an old IBM VM machine I modified my PROFILE XEDIT script (the
  22. rough equivalent of .exrc) to search out similar notices and then tell
  23. the editor to 'hide' those lines so I did not have to see them.  Its
  24. always handy to have a 'real editor' :-).
