  17. There shouldn't be any confusion.  FORGET about DOS!  This isn't DOS!
  18. People who use DOS (including myself) have to know what DOS calls com
  19. ports, and people who use UNIX (including myself) have to know what they
  20. are called in UNIX.  The fact that both operating systems happen to run
  21. on the same hardware is irrelevant!
