  17.   I received the forms last week. There is a brief overview of the 4.4 release,
  18. the checklist, site info form, and 2 copies of the license agreement. This is
  19. for the early release. You can order just this for $2000, or you can prepay an
  20. additional $400 to receive the final version when it comes out.

  22.   They only have the encumbered version now - the letter said an announcement
  23. of the "lite" version would follow later.

  25.   I called up to inquire if the USL complaint would affect this, and was told
  26. that for AT&T/USL-licensed sites there would be no delays. I didn't inquire
  27. about the "lite" version as we have an AT&T license.
