- My NEC CDR73M (same drive as the CDR74 except
- without socketed ROMs) can mount the A/UX 3.0 CDROM and run the
- MacInstall program in the MacInstallFiles folder on the CDROM successfully.
- However, when I boot the A/UX 3.0 Installation Boot Disk[ette], my Quadra 700
- freezes with the empty vibrating dialog box. When I try to run the
- A/UX Installer Startup program off the floppy, it says that it can't
- find a CDROM drive.
-
- Any suggestions?

- P.S. I am using the version 2.21 NEC CDROM driver.
