  29. We have also experienced problems with NIS,- it worked very well under 2.0.1.
  30. But we keep losing contact with the NIS-server under 3.0.
  31. I quite sure that I have configured the net-addresses right.  At the moment we
  32. have two macines running 3.0 and both have the same problems. :-(

  34. We use a SUN SPARCstation 2 as NIS-server and have a SPARCstation 1+ and a
  35. SPARCstation IPC that uses the same NIS-server, these machines functions OK.
