  19. among other things, can lease a system on a short term basis.
  20. This program is intended for software developers to give them a quick start
  21. in getting their product ported to the Risc System/6000. The main qualification
  22. is that the company intends to sell thier product in the open market.
  23. Im not sure if "personal software development" is the same.
