  11.     How long should it take to get the catalogues of the IBM manuals for
  12. AIX?

  14.     Requested catalogues from our IBM rep (working for an all blue, small
  15. government shop) 2 months ago.  Was told they were standard, and we would get
  16. the catalogues (also requested for OS/2 & OS/400 at same time).

  18.     Haven't seen them since.  No due date from SE.  She is trying to push
  19. System Admin courses, though.

  21.     Have 3 candidates for Sys Admin, and about 9 other potential users on
  22. recently inherited RS/6000 for running small, somewhat NIC application. None
  23. have Unix experience.  They want User's Manuals.  Want to become decent users
  24. before any go to Sys Admin school.
