  25. Well, the sVr4 process sheduling does something along this avenue.
  26. In other words its built in to sVr4 O/S. sometimes its a blessing and somtimes 
  27. its a curse.  ( You dont want your database server to down prioritised even if
  28. it uses up most of you CPU resourse )
