  20. Could you tell me what the system was doing prior to the hang?  What
  21. devices were connected and which ones were in use?  What were your users
  22. doing on the system?  Any system administration activity going on (e.g.,
  23. running a backup utility)?

  25. A tip:  If your system has the battery backup option installed,
  26. powerfail recovery will sometimes jump start a hung system.  To initiate
  27. powerfail recovery pull the power cord out of the back of the system for
  28. a few seconds and then replace it (do NOT toggle the power switch on the
  29. front of the system).
