  12. The Science and Technology division of Nynex is in search of a SUN system
  13. administrator.

  16. The candidate should poses the following minimum qualifications:
  17.  
  18. B.S.(M.S. preferred) in Computer Science (or related field) and minimum of
  19. 3 years of system administration on the SUN platform. 
  20.     Very knowledgable of SUN OS, 
  21.     strong Shell programming, 
  22.     C, TCP/IP, UUCP, File System administration. 
  23.     Some knowledge of the kernel is desirable.  
  24.     Good interpersonal skills, 
  25.     able to work with novice as well as advanced users of SUN systems.
  26.     Knowledge of Local Area Networking for PC (Token ring / ethernet)
  27.     and industry implementations desirable.
  28. This job will involve minimal traveling.
