  30. There is a list-server for graph theory (GRAPH-NET(?)) in north dakota
  31. (nodak.edu) run by Warren Shreve.  I think it is under-utilized, precisely
  32. because it is a list-server arrangement and not a newsgroup.  Newsgroups
  33. are much more versatile and flexible for the user, and they are not invasive
  34. (i.e., you look at it when you want to instead of getting lots of mail).
  35. There is a similar list called THEORY-NET, but it is much easier to handle
  36. the traffic in these newsgroups (many of the articles are the same).
