  13. Hi there,
  14.  I have the following hardware/software with me:

  16.    An AT-compatible machine with 486-33Mhz CPU running Dos 5.0. It has
  17.  4-megs of RAM and 200-Megs of space on the hard drive. In addition, I also
  18.  have a color super VGA monitor and a Canon BJ-10ex printer.

  20.  I recently went through the FAQ which listed various tex related software,
  21. and where one could get it. However, I didn't find any recommendations as to
  22. what tex package is most suitable for what machine(8086, 80286, 80386,...).

  24.  To those of you, who have used Tex/LaTex on AT-compatible machines, my 
  25. question is:

  27.    What Tex package would utilize the above mentioned machine configuration to
  28. its maximum possible extent?? I am mostly interested in LaTex packages
  29. available in public domain.
